Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
Shipping Times
Because we work with a global supplier network to bring you a wide range of pet products, most orders ship directly from our fulfilment partners and typically arrive within 10–20 business days, depending on your location. Some items may arrive sooner; more remote addresses can occasionally take a little longer.
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in different packages on different days — this is normal and doesn’t mean anything is missing.
